These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the yuyu33 platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of this website, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out below. Please read this document carefully before using our services.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any of the Services. By creating an Account, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. yuyu33 strictly prohibits access to persons under the age of 21. Any Account found to belong to an individual under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated Funds returned to the deposit source, less any processing fees incurred.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is operated for and principally targets players residing in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are accessing the Services from Indonesia or from a jurisdiction where accessing offshore online gaming platforms is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are subject to guardianship orders that restrict their financial decision-making are not eligible to register.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all Funds.
Important: It is your sole responsibility to verify that online betting is permissible under the laws of your jurisdiction before registering an Account on yuyu33. The Company provides the Platform under an international gaming license and does not make representations as to the legality of online gambling for any specific User.
3.1 Registration Process. To access the full range of Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if any material detail changes. yuyu33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate Accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. yuyu33 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. As a condition of withdrawing Funds from your Account, and at any time at the Company's discretion, you may be required to complete KYC verification by submitting:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe requested by the Company may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension. All KYC documents are processed in strict confidence and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your last-used verified payment method after all pending wagering requirements and applicable checks are completed. Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

4.2 Currency. All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion fees are charged by yuyu33. Any fees levied by your bank or payment provider are outside yuyu33's control and are your sole responsibility.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Minimum deposit thresholds for bonus eligibility may differ and are stated on the relevant promotion page.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within six hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

5.1 General Bonus Terms. yuyu33 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x) and eligible games will be stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagers placed on excluded games do not contribute to wagering requirement completion.
5.3 Bonus Validity. Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Unused Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from your Account balance automatically at the end of the validity period.
5.4 Maximum Bonus Conversion. Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that may be converted from Bonus Funds to withdrawable real-money Funds upon satisfaction of wagering requirements is capped as specified per promotion. Winnings exceeding the conversion cap derived from Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account balance.
5.5 Abuse Prevention. yuyu33 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim Bonus Funds where it reasonably suspects that a User is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing hedged bets to exploit bonus terms, or using any other method designed to obtain bonuses in a manner not intended by the Company.
5.6 Promotional Changes. yuyu33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn or modified after a User has already opted in and satisfied the deposit condition, the Company will honour the original promotion terms for that User.
5.7 One Bonus Per Promotion Per User. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each User is entitled to claim any specific promotion once only. Eligibility for promotions may be determined by the Company at its sole discretion.
6.1 General Wagering Rules. All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. yuyu33 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend a confirmed wager except where a technical error or manifest pricing error is identified by the Company.
6.2 Sports Betting. yuyu33's sportsbook covers a broad range of markets including football (bandar bola — football bookmaker markets), Asian handicap (voor bola), accumulator (mix parlay) bets, live in-play wagering, e-sports, badminton, basketball, and MotoGP. BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and international fixtures involving Timnas Indonesia are available subject to event scheduling.
6.3 Casino & Slot Rules. Rules governing live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger) are defined by the relevant game provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live) and displayed within each game interface. Slot game rules, including return-to-player (RTP) percentages and payline structures, are displayed within each individual game. 6.4 Manifest Errors. Where odds, prices, payouts, or game outcomes are clearly erroneous as a result of a technical malfunction, data feed error, or human input error, yuyu33 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant accounts. 6.5 Maximum Payouts. Maximum single-wager payout limits apply per sport and per game category. These limits are displayed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Winnings that exceed applicable payout caps will be reduced to the stated maximum and the excess will not be paid.
6.6 Disconnection Policy. Where a live game or betting session is interrupted due to loss of internet connectivity, the outcome of the interrupted round will be determined as it stands at the point of disconnection. yuyu33 accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues that are outside the Company's control.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yuyu33 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm.
11.2 yuyu33's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds deposited by that User during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 yuyu33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously and free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which yuyu33 holds its international gaming licence.
12.2 You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Company's licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws in Indonesia require otherwise.
12.3 The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms & Conditions.
13.1 yuyu33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms & Conditions will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date.
13.2 Where amendments are material, yuyu33 will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or in-platform notification at least seven days prior to the amended terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
13.3 If you do not agree to the amended Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with clause 3.5 above.
